What if I told you the blocks you've faced, or may still be facing, aren't yours?!  You'd probably think I am nuts, but it's true.  Family Constellation Therapy (FCT) is a way to identify hidden dynamics within our family system.  Hidden dynamics are passed down from generation to generation which can leave us with entanglements or "bad" habits that prevent us from living our best lives!

FCT is a hands-on, experiential therapy, that is powerful beyond measure!  I kept bumping into the same road blocks over and over again until I had a session in FCT.  My life drastically changed once I was able to identify and resolve the hidden dynamics that were affecting me and my family.  And let me tell you, I had a few of them!

This amazing healing modality is used to release entanglements we make out of love and loyalty, allowing room for forward movement and change in our lives.  Constellations are not limited to families only.  If you're having issues with money, relationships, weight loss/gain, eating disorders, you name it, we can put it in the constellation for healing.
